Hi!

I am an award winning Brazilian author-illustrator and the creator of the Yeti series.

The Thing About Yetis (Dial), my first book as author and illustrator, came out in 2014 with positive reviews from the New York Times, Kirkus and Booklist. The follow-up, Bedtime for Yeti, came out in December 2016. I am currently working on the third Yeti book.

In the USA, I have illustrated Bob and Joss Get Lost! (Harper), Music Class Today (Mcmillan) and Maddi's Fridge (Flashlight Press).

I have recently signed a contract with Two Lions/Amazon for my fourth book as an author and illustrator. The working title is Out of Water.

After having lived in NYC, I am back to my tropical hometown Rio. I live with my two cats and a mini Malibu surfboard.
